Trying to be more adventurous!

Really want to go away somewhere, prefer to be doing something (ie not lounging by a pool for 7 days)

Have a budget of about £1500? (Could go to £2000 for something awesome)

Would love Iceland...

But SO scared as never done anything like this before...

Any recommendations (companies or countries!) or advice would be HUGELY appreciated 😊

Thank you xx

Ps looking to go ASAP!

South East Asia is your best bet on that budget. You should be able to go to Thailand for 2 weeks.

Flights from London to Bangkok in late Jan/early Feb start at around £650 (albeit not direct).

Accommodation and food is pretty cheap when you’re out there. You can do it for £50/day = £700 for two weeks.

Good luck!

Look at Exodus holidays. I’ve done 3 walking holidays, two on my own. It’s fun, there are usually other singles, and you are somewhere doing what you like.

They have a 20% off offer on right now…. I’m sure I did a week in Mallorca and 10 days on the Camino inside your budget….. have fun!

look at Exodus and Explore who do a wide range of trips. Pre child I went on a number of holidays/trips ranging from fairly sedate walking in Greece to three week overland trips in southern Africa
Have fun!

As well as Exodus and Explore, also look at Intrepid - all offer similar types of holidays but different price points / itineraries.
