Hi, We were travelling on a British Airways flight in December that was cancelled 45 mins before take off. I can't seem to find a way to make a claim (I had to rebook flights on another airline/overnight stay at Manchester airport) but BA are saying I have to claim from the travel operator (seat booking site rather than a TUI type arrangement) and the travel operator are saying that we have to go direct to the airline. At the moment I am just going around in circles whilst out of pocket! Any help or guidance would be so much appreciated.
