I’m trying to book a summer holiday and would like to go to a Greek island with my parents (80+) and 2 tween/teens. Ideally a non inclusive hotel or resort with stuff to do for kids in it or nearby and near a beach some local tavernas etc. Doesn’t need to be the poshest place in the world but easy to access for my parents would be great. Anyone got an tips?
Thanks!

Have you considered Kefalonia? It's a beautiful island - easy to get around if you are happy to hire a car. We stayed in Lassi but the beach is down a steep slope so I would look at Skala, or Sami. The latter doesn't have a beach but a lovely harbour with boats over to another island - Ithaca. It's friendly and not expensive like some other Greek islands.

Not an island, but I’d recommend the Peloponnese. It’s drivable from Athens, with lots of classical sites to visit like Corinth, Mycenae etc. Marvellous landscapes, mountains and beaches. Somewhere like Stoupa or Kardamyli.

Tsilivi is a lovely unspoilt and flat resort on Zakynthos. For a resort that’s so unspoilt, it’s got loads to do including a pretty decent waterpark.

Rhodes, Crete are both good for all ages. My favourite island is Naxos but it's not the easiest to get to (ferry from Mykonos) it's a great place to do island hopping and you can eat even if coming off a late night ferry
