Pretty french towns/villages

We're looking at renting a gite somewhere northwest/northern france, ideally located in a pretty town, not too far from coast. Anyone any suggestions?

We like Honfleur and Barfleur, Locronan, Quimper and Pontrieux.

Benodet or Concarneau in Brittany.
