Where to go for a week at end of July?

It has to be end of July due to school holidays and imminent visitors, and has to be Europe but I can't decide on where.

Requirements are:

  • Somewhere we can fly to as we don't drive
  • Warm but not roasting (Sicily last July was too hot!)
  • Self-catering/Airbnb, not a hotel or campsite
  • Walking distance of a beach
  • restaurants/shops nearby

Does such a place even exist??

Brittany? Really beautiful coastline but weather more like Cornwall than roasting. Saint Malo is lovely.

I've been to Brittany years ago and agree that it's lovely but is it possible to fly there? We don't have a car so the ferries aren't really an option. One of the budget carriers used to fly to Dinard but I don't think it does anymore?

Dutch coast via Amsterdam (plane or Eurostar) and train/bus. Wassenaar or Scheveningen.

Lisbon and coast.
Nice or Antibes.
