We are looking to go to Prague for Easter with DS (14).

Any tips on areas to stay. Will probably be an airbnb.

I'd concentrate on Prague 1 - the area around Old Town Square is busy, or Malostranska on the other side of the river is much quieter. I've just booked www.pragueleondoro.com/en here for April - they have some family suites, with breakfast included. I spent ages looking and got a good deal including transfers to and from the airport. It's very central. Prague is not as cheap as it used to be. What sort of budget are you looking for?

This looks fab. That's probably at the top end of our budget, depending on flights but looks just what we need.

At Easter I am not finding much cheaper stuff! Have a look on AirBNB/Booking.com - happy to help on locations.

I've provisionally booked one on booking.com in Prague 1. It's on the dlouha.

We took ds for his 14 th birthday . Loved the communism museum, the castle and mooching around the old part.

This is good to know. I'm actually very excited. None of us have been before.

www.tasteofprague.com/pragueblog/prague-off-the-beaten-path-dlouha-street Location excellent. This year will be my 7th time! I hope you really enjoy it. My dd liked the John Lennon wall and the tour of the Jewish Quarter.

Oh yes the Communism Museum is excellent. We went mainly because it was 40 degrees and it had air conditioning - but really enjoyed it.

I would recommend to try a different part of Czech Republic op.
