February half term ideas in Europe or Canaries - hotel with useable heated or indoor pool?

Can anyone recommend a hotel that has swimmable pools in February? Either indoor or heated outdoor. Most that seem advertised with heated pools seem from reviews to not be warm enough to actually use. Will be travelling as a single parent plus 8 year old (who will be v disappointed if they can't swim!)

Would prefer somewhere in Europe for shorter flight. Looking for fairly affordable but at this point will pay if i can actually find a nice option!

Anyone have any recommendations?

The best hotel we’ve been to for heated pools is Jungle Aqua Park in Egypt. Very often it’s just the adult pools that are heated, or the indoor pools are too small for children to jump and splash, but at Jungle Aqua the children were able to enjoy themselves on the slides without getting cold.

For indoor pools the European centre parcs might suit.

We went to the algarve last feb half term and specifically searched for hotels with indoor pools, I probably wouldn’t recommend either of the ones we stayed at tbh! But the Martinhal at Sagres had a heated outdoor pool and looked fab
