Vaccinations for babies...

I haven't had my baby yet, but am planning a trip for when it's 4 months old.... (Am I being over-optimistic?!) Does anyone know when it's safe to immunise little ones? Excuse my ignorance!

Well...which country are you in? If in the UK then the normal immunisationplan is in that line anyway...first one might even given earlier then that...can't think right now, and my youngest is 3..so, it's seems like forever since he was a little Baby...

Are you talking about the normal immunisations? If you're wondering about the jabs for tropical illnesses then I think the age is about 2. We were thinking of going to Africa, and I looked into it and realised we couldn't go as I wasn't prepared to give my DS jabs too early - he was only 6 months.

Hope that helps...

ps going anywhere nice?

Thank you! am hoping to go somewhere like Mexico, but find all the diff jab options confusing...!
