Please help me decide between these two places. Slightly leaning towards Seville as it looks so beautiful but DC won't be impressed if it's all museums and culture. There must be plenty of chuld friendly things to do too.

Both beautiful - Seville possibly more so. BUT we went there BC (before children). Valencia was fantastic with our then toddler. Stayed in the old town with probably the best food market I have been to. The aquarium/concert hall/science museum are in amazing mid century buildings nearby and in the middle of a lovely park that is actually a narrow dried up riverbed which goes all the way to the sea! You can catch the tram to the beach. The Spanish eat late so be prepared…

I’d definitely go to Valencia with kids. The Bioparc is amazing.

Kids loved our two days in Seville: the hot choc, ice cream, seeing the ponies, climbing up the bell tower, orange trees, tapas. Stayed in a hotel that had a little rooftop pool.

Valencia is fab. We went a few years back with our three kids (all primary age at time). Aquarium and whole area around it is brilliant. Lots of good food options too. One of our favourite trips. We went in the May half term and it was already very hot though.

There's more for kids to do in Valencia. The zoo is great and so is the aquarium.
