Lanzarote/Tenerife next Easter

Will they be warm enough? Do we need to look for a heated pool what with Easter being 2 weeks earlier than this year. Did Gran Canaria this Easter so would rather not back so soon.
Or do we wait and go May half term?
Alternatively Ibiza May half term, again would we need a heated pool?

I’m in Tenerife just now, yesterday it was 40°C, today a more bearable 34°…I think you’ll be fine at Easter!

We went to Tenerife at Easter one year and it was warm but not super hot, its very much the luck of the draw though as we usually go in October and sometimes it's roasting and other times a little chilly.

I'd always go for a heated pool and check trip advisor reviews that it is properly heated.

I’ve been at Easter and had some
warm days and some more overcast ones. Definitely need a heated pool

I went in Jan/Feb last year and it was mid-high 20s, bit of rain one day. I'd def get a heated pool though.

We went to Lanzarote this March and loved it so much, we booked as soon as we're home for next march.
We had one day of rain and the sun wasn't out till around 11 but that meant we could just have a really lazy morning and a nice walk to start the day. Even though the sun wasn't out, the sun rays certainly were as I got really burnt one morning as I forgot to put sun lotion on. I came back with a cracking tan!
It was cooler at night but I still wore a summer dress for dinner and a lightweight cardigan.

We went to Tenerife this year Easter and I got a sunburn on an overcast day.

It can be a bit chilly in the shade first thing in the morning and we liked to bring a cardigan for dinner but during the day it was swimsuit weather at the pool.

Southern Tenerife is more sun secure than the north where you have more clouds and you can have a spot of rain.

We've been to the Canaries a few times at Easter. Usually the mornings we've been wearing a sweatshirt (but still with shorts) and by the afternoon have been on a beach and in the sea/pool, then into a cardi for evening. We've really liked that though ,as we've been able to do sightseeing in the mornings then relax in the heat in the afternoon!

Thank you all, we got lucky in Gran Canaria with a heat wave and only the last 2 days were overcast, but they did rule out the pool as it felt cold without the sun (wasn't heated)
Might chance it then and book Easter being sure to book somewhere with a heated pool
