.... for yourselves and your older teens. Would you:

All go in business
Just the parents go in business
All go in economy

We are looking at this. DH wants to fly Business as he does for work so has got used to it. I usually fly economy or economy plus on long haul if on my own. I fly business if me and DH travel together though.

I have always booked economy when we travel as a family. This one is for a special birthday trip. I just can't push the button on business class for a family of 5 so have booked us all economy and E+ on way back as it was only 20% more.

The business tickets were 4 x price of the economy tickets.

I just couldn't bring myself to do it. DH has reluctantly agreed as we didn't want to put them in economy on their own while we swanned off to business on our own.

I would not split the family. If money is not a problem, business class all the way.

Strange questions, all or nobody.

We book business class (Upper Class Virgin or similar seats) as I have a dogy knee and can't sit for hours on end without the means to really stretch out my legs. Walking around doesn't do it, I need a flat bed. We therefore only do this once in a decade.

Before my injury we flew more often and I think there is a huge comfort difference and for me that counts towards my holiday.

I am flying business class for the first time in February so I don’t know what I’m missing.
I go on about 10 flights a year and always take a sleeping tablet on a long haul night flight and that works well.
