Winter wonderland?

Looking for recommendations please for a snowy charming winter wonderland destination, Christmas markets, fun in the snow, tobogganing / similar. We don't ski.... kids age 7 and 10.

A log cabin would be great also!

Bumping!! Suggesting the Alps, if not skiing make sure there's ice skating etc.. Hope there's more replies, would love the same!
