Please give me some inspiration of country/resort in Europe for family summer holiday.
Adults like good views, relaxing quiet(ish) resorts but we need to balance that with needs of kids so access to things that will interest them.
Their interests last year were purely the swimming pool though! 😂 (Kids ages 5&9).
I like to find accommodation that is up to 10 minutes walk from a beach
and up to 10/15 minute walk max to restaurants. However the closer the better.
We’re not adverse to using a car but want things walkable for an evening.
Where we have been in the past and enjoyed is:
Majorca, twin Center with soller & Cala dor, which covered both peoples needs.
Corfu, stayed in Agios Gordios. Kids seemed quite happy with the low key nature of resort.
If you have also been to these places where else have you also enjoyed?
My partner wants to go somewhere new otherwise I would probably head back to Majorca.
