UK self-catering holiday discount - would you recommend it?

I'm thinking of going to Yorkshire over Easter, I found this cottage near Malton which looks nice. Is that a good place to go with small kids? I can see there’s a Mumsnetter discount - has anyone used this site before? Would you recommend it?

Any tips would be appreciated!

It's a good area. The North York Moors steam railway runs from Pickering, there's Dalby Forest just along the road, you can get to the coast at Whitby or Scarborough and into York easily.
