Was this a good price

Weve booked a 3 bed caravan with a private hot tub for 7 nights in the 1st week of Easter school holidays 2023 in looe (Cornwall) for £860 never been to Cornwall so not sure what everage prices are, the site looks amazing very clean and tidy and peaceful but enough to keep us entertained pool entertainment walks and a park and to use as our base . I am so so looking forward to it

Can you afford it? Is it what you want to do? If so, it was a good price. If not, then it wasn’t a good price.

I would say that’s a good price for Easter especially with a hot tub.

To me, it sounds like a lot of money for a caravan! I don't have a clue though so no help to you! A quick google led me to awayresorts.co.uk; some lovely 3 bed caravans, for a week, in Cornwall from 17th April are coming in at around £500. There is a lodge avaliable for £700. So, it really depends on how set you are on your particular caravan park. I think you could get something lovely for cheaper if you wanted to, perhaps without the hot tub though.

Hot tubs always command around a £100 premium due to the electricity and maintenance costs. I think it's a nice treat to have and the price seems pretty reasonable to me.

Oh and a pool at a site as well also commands a premium and some make you pay extra for entertainment passes to use it, so if that's all included, then again it's better value.
