Is there anywhere warm in Feb Half term?

My birthday is in Feb Half term next year so.it would be lovely to go away somewhere & we like warm weather.

Is there anywhere not long haul (i.e. Florida or Caribbean) which would be mild? Not necessarily bikini weather but t shirt would be good.

Canary Islands for reliable sunshine in Feb, been many times at half term. Lanzarote is our favourite island. Google temperatures.
