Airport parking @ Heathrow

I am looking at parking for a week at Heathrow airport but I am unsure who to use off site due to so many horror stories.
Any recommendations welcomed please.

We stayed at a hotel nearby the night before our flight and got complementary car parking for the duration of our holiday. No issues - car in same spot etc. Was very cost effective considering prices for just car parking .

Purple parking. We've used them for years at LHR, LGW & LTN & never a problem.
