Anyone been? Would you go in January? We always go away for a long weekend after Christmas.
Found cheap flights from local airport. Great times as well.
just a bit concerned about the weather.
Don’t mind cold, but not rain. A bit of sightseeing, some gentle walks and some lovely food is what we’re after!

Meant to say accommodation is very reasonable as well.

Bit hit and miss 50% chance of rain I’m afraid.

I hear the banking is good. 😅

@Anunusualfamily Thanks. Have previously been to Seville and Malaga in January and was very lucky with weather, but Northern Spain obviously is a different matter!

Seville is about 700 miles south from Santander which is about the distance from north of Scotland to Brighton so completely different weather.
Girona flights at the moment (for October) are about £15 from my local airport might be worth a look? Much drier in january

Been to girona a few times, and awful flight times from our airport anyway.
Think we’ll go ahead and book Santander and take our chances on the weather!
