3 year old holiday recommendations

Hello :)

Please could you recommend a lovely holiday resort to take a (will be) 3 year old next summer? These are the things we'd love:

• Short flight from England
• Preferably a splash pad/ toddler pools/ water slides
• All inclusive
• clean
• close to a beach

We're thinking maybe Greece/France/Portugal? But open to anywhere else. Hope someone has some beautiful suggestions!

Holiday Village menorca on the southwest coast was nice, a few minutes walk to a beach though. I think it's been renamed now
