Santorini in October

Hello lovely people, DH and I are off to Santorini for a week this month. Neither of us have ever been before.

It's our honeymoon (wedding was earlier in the year) and we're staying at a hotel that doubles up as a spa. We're both wanting some downtime with a little adventure should we want to.

My key questions are:

What to pack!? Clothes, footwear? Electrics, do I need an adapter plug?
Things to do if we wish to. Recommendations.
Is the food as good at it looks?

I would pack an adapter plug, we did when we went but your hotel should also have some.

Have you checked the weather? I would pack normal summer clothes but with jackets for the cooler evenings and just in case it's breezy in the day.

The food is amazing! We were shocked with how good it was when we went.

I would book a catamaran cruise, we did that whilst there and it was so much fun. Also see if you can pop across to Naxos.

No point packing heels, the roads are cobbly so it will be too difficult to walk!

I'm small so generally live in heels but will absolutely be taking some comfortable walking shoes. I think we're going to do the hike there too so I'll take walking shoes.

Clothing wise I've checked the weather, it's going to be warm with cooler evenings. I'm a bit of a last minute packer so will throw a selection together at that point. Wish me luck!

My DH has booked a sunset cruise and I can't wait to go there - the food is a huge part of wanting to go.
