February city break

Hello! Looking for any recommendations please for a (rare) child free break mid Feb, hopefully within Europe with my husband. Have been looking at Rome - has any one gone then? Or any other recommendations, please? We really aren’t too fussy!

Rome is lovely at that time of year! I went at the end of January a couple of years ago and it was perfect weather for sightseeing and strolling round! We ended up in jeans and T-shirts most of the time in the day because it was really warm in the sunshine…about 19 degrees?!

Did you get offered top quality hashish by the smartly dressed young men?

Bruges is gorgeous in winter/spring. Misty and gothic.
