GHIC for child

Help me, I may be being really stupid but I can’t figure out how to get a GHIC for my son. Me, my husband and daughter already have one, my daughters was applied for along with my husbands. Everything says I can apply for a child’s GHIC when applying for an adult one but we both already have one so when I tried to do a new application it rejected it as I already have a card.

I can’t apply with my sons name and date of birth as he’s too young and it just says it needs to be added to an adult application. I must be missing something.

Yep - you need to do the annoying contacting them thing. You can’t just do it normally online.

Thank you all, I thought the contact thing was if you hadn’t yet received your card and was still at the application stage. I’ll do that now.
