Bumped of seat easyJet.

Hello. I am on an easyJet flight and I had paid for front seat so I can have some space for my leg which I have just got the cast off as it was broken. Unfortunately, the seat was damaged and they bumped me to the end of the plane window seat which is not the one I paid for and utterly uncomfortable.
what are my rights? Where can I consoling as there’s a premium I paid for the seat up front?

Just ask them to refund it. The call centre or customer services, not the cabin crew or airport staff.

That’s annoying, I’ve had my seat moved because it was broken before too. Sometimes it goes your way like the time I got a first class upgrade and sometimes it doesn’t like when I had to move from a window to a middle. If you paid for the seat selection then I’d request a refund, you can fill in the customer services form when you get home. Hope it wasn’t too uncomfortable for you and you made it home ok.
