Where to get a hot and sunny holiday in October?

Fancy a week away in Europe in October. A quick google suggests Cypress is the hottest place. Any other ideas? Also if anyone can recommend a smallish hotel with a pool, breakfast, sea view rooms, that would be great. TIA.

We’ve often do Majorca or Portugal in October and they’re warm enough to swim in the sea but the evenings are dark.

Cyprus is beautiful. We’ve been there in September the last 2 years and it was hot hot. No recommendations for hotels though I’m afraid as we’ve stayed in the same hotel both years and it doesn’t meet your criteria.

Avanti Village in Cyprus is gorgeous. Small complex, amazing staff. No sea views though, so depends how important that is. Small beach about 5 mins walk. Temperature is perfect in Oct.

Cyprus is lovely in October, temperatures 28-30c and the sea is still warm. Cools down in the evening though and it gets dark early so take a cardigan.

Spain should still be warm in October.
