Dubai hotels

Hi, we plan to stay in Dubai for a couple of nights on our way to Vietnam and wondered if anyone had an recommendations? We are a family of four with dd1 11 and dd2 13. It would be fab to have a pool and be close to the beach or a shuttle available to get to the beach. Is it easy to get from the airport to the hotel?

Anantara at the palm. Swim up room, option to do meal pre payment plan (which we did and would do again), beach next to main pool.

Think I might have just talked myself into booking again.
