La Palma

Has anyone been here? The hotels look quite nice but I'm wondering if they are all very remote. Thank you.

We went to the Island of La Palma in January 2020 (as January 6th is Kings’ Day in Spain). The hotel was lovely and near a volcanic beach. There was a regular bus, from the hotel, to travel into the main port of the island. We hired a car to travel around the island as some of the places we wanted to visit were quite remote. In 2021 there was a volcanic eruption which destroyed many homes but also created new rock pools, beaches, etc. It is not a big island but it is very beautiful.

Thank you very much, I can't find much about it at all. I don't trust trip advisor as a friend used to work there and they get loads of fake reviews.

Not me but a friend recently went and liked it. I’m not sure she ventured far from the hotel though.
