Holiday for 9 with young kids - recommendations?

Can anyone recommend holiday accommodation for 4 adults and 5 kids age 2-8yrs next summer? Ideally looking for 1 or poss 2 properties, safe for the littlest, outdoor play, indoor play, near to a beach. It's proving quite hard to find, and I'm wishing for better filters on websites!

UK or abroad? If UK, look at Searles in Hunstanton, North Norfolk. It's caravans but they have cottages at Heacham Manor.

Also Tots to Travel is a good website.

I remember using this before actually but can't seem to find it now, not sure if it's still a thing.
