Campsites around Perpignan or Carcassonne- scenic and natural

We've been to the Beziers area and this time we 'd like to go further south near the Spanish border within view of the mountains, at the end of May. We're looking for a campsite in a natural setting. La Sirene was recommended but reviews state its very big with a lot of music at night. I've also heard reports that Argeles Plage is very built up.
We're looking for somewhere tamer -with a good pool. We're not into entertainment and kids don't bother much with kids clubs either. Any good recommendations?

we stayed at Yelloh! Village Domaine d?Arnauteille years ago. it was big but v. relaxed and pretty. nice big pool but no slides or anything. the fact it is on a hill makes it feel more private but you will have to tramp up and down hills.

i also know a few lovely campsites in teh pyrennes but they are more walker campsites without pools.

I went to La Sirene last year, and wouldn't go again - take heed of the negative reviews on sites such as Trip Advisor.... apparently it's sister site Hippocampe is very nice (I didn't visit it but I know someone who stayed there).
