Hello all, probably not relevant to 99.9% of people but we booked to go away to Longford Centre Parc, the one in Ireland. Before you book you can see activities that you can do and this included a creche. Unfortunately you can't double check availablity before you book.
As soon as we booked I went to the activities and baby dolphins and creche had stopped showing up. I contacted the chat and for the creche at least it's not showing any availablity. The lovely chat assistant looked all the way into December but it's showing as offline.
It's not the end of the world but it was one of the reasons we booked CP as friends had said the creche was wonderful and selfishly I fancied a little massage... oh well...
I understand that T&Cs say not everything will be available and if I had got there too late and there wasn't availablity then that would be on me or if I was trying to book a seasonal event. However, if they've withdrawn something as standard as the creche I do think that should be flagged to people as an FYI before booking. Even via social media if they can't amend the website. Anyway I did suggest that but I'm sure they won't so I thought I'd mention it here as I'm not on SM. Likely won't matter to most people but maybe useful information for someone. 😁
