OK so you win a competition and you can choose a 2 weeks stay anywhere in the world. Where would you choose and why?
I would choose Japan always been fascinated with the place. I'd love the food and see to visit Tokyo.

If someone else were paying, I'd go to either Iceland, or the Norwegian Fjords.
Both supposed to be stunning, but both out of my price range.

Alternatively, I've always wanted to go on safari, somewhere in Africa, but again, so out of my usual price range I've never really researched where would be best to go for that.

Banff, Canada.

Canada for the scenery (and also the low key charm of Canadians). Not the food though...

As above if someone else is paying.
Japan, Iceland, Norway.

Stockholm or ideally a Scandinavian tour.

An idyllic island in a (very fancy) hut over the water. French Polynesia or such.

The Brando in French Polynesia

USA. Been this year for the first time (West Coast road trip) but only scratched the surface. I am itching to go back.

Would the novelty not wear off after a day or two?

Bora Bora. Sun, sea and a long rest. I wish 😁
