Holiday to Somewhere Warm 4 hours from UK max

Hi any recommendations for a week's holiday this month, all inclusive or full board with a nice pool and beach suitable for young families please? Mid range prices 4 star equivalent.
How reliable are Jet2?

I went here a few weeks ago, although I didn't book through Jet2 as I like to book direct with the hotel. Big apartments, nice pool, good food, geared more for younger children. Evening entertainment could have been better but just your usual hotel abroad stuff!

They have a few different hotels in Portugal, my friend went to another one and said it was equally as good.
