Complain about Airbnb

Does anyone know who I can complain about Airbnb to? They have been shocking in not helping me to deal with a stay from hell. Thank you for any advice.

I’m not sure airbandb can actually do anything about a stay.

They are just a booking platform. They don’t actually see any or the properties or have anything to do with what listing says. Your ‘contract’ is with the owner/ company of the property you rent

Message Airbnb customer service. I have found them mainly helpful when I have had to use them due to issues in the past. Guests also pay a service fee to cover this when booking. I have had a partial refund before and also a credit due to a host cancelling at late notice.
