Affordable winter sun in Feb with onsite water slides?

Hello - looking for any recommendations for holiday resorts for 2 adults who want proper warm sun and relaxation plus a teen who wants onsite water slides, help! It's for February - last time we went to Gran Canaria which was perfect climate but no activities for the teen where we were. Our budget is around £3k and we like half board. I've looked at some things online but any suggestions much appreciated! Thanks.

I think you should look at Egypt.

We liked Jaz Makida Aquaviva in Egypt because the standard family rooms actually had the kids sleeping area separate from our bit of the room so we all got a bit more privacy. The Aqua Park definitely has something for teens.
