Tribute bars / entertainment / dancing in Italy

Which areas of Italy should I look at? I’m thinking of somewhere with a “strip”. Similar to Protaras / Sidari / Benidorm. Don’t need nightclubs or 18-30 type shenanigans though!! Must be in Italy. Does such a place exist?

I don't actually know what tribute bars are! Maybe Rimini is the closest to what you're looking for?

@TheBikiniExpert bars with a tribute act for the entertainment - eg Elton john, Lady Gaga, Queen, Britney, Whitney Houston.

It may be that Italy doesn’t have these though….

I've not really seen that type of resort in Italy. There are aperitivo bars open early evening for wine and free nibbles. Music and dancing doesn't happen until much later, close to midnight, and none of these are tribute style bars.
