Interhome booking , I'm concerned

Has anyone used this company to book an apartment with?

We are going to a popular Italian destination next year. I looked on one of the popular booking sites and chose an apartment, managed by a company called Interhome, which I didn't know when choosing it.
They've sent an invoice confirming the booking. We don't know the exact address of the apartment, just a picture of an apartment block in a gated community off a named road.
They've said we will get the exact location and how to collect the keys after we've paid our money, two months before we travel.

Two things I'm concerned about are:
We have a late arrival, so we'll need to arrange a private transfer from the airport. These book up quickly and I've been advised to book as early as possible. Without an address, I can't tell them where we need dropped off.

I've sent them several messages, which have been sent via the booking site and I haven't received a reply to any of them.

Looking at the reviews, Interhome do seem to get good reviews, but my niggling worries won't go away.

Has anyone any positive experiences to share about using this company?
We have free cancellation.

We used inter home quite a bit for properties in Italy. Going back a few years now but couldn’t fault them.

Have you tried going via the booking site's customer service? That worked for me when an accommodation provider didn't respond to messages.

I've used interchalet (same company) several times and they have been great. Fantastic deals in France and they were really flexible during Covid. Can't find any good deals for next year though unfortunately.

Thanks everyone. I ended up cancelling the booking as the unknowns were stressing me out and accommodation prices were going up.
I've booked another apartment and had interaction with the owner, who seems lovely and it has lots of positive reviews.
It's good to hear about the positive experiences with Interhome, but I cancelled before reading these replies.

They are part of Hotelplan and widely used in Europe.
