Activity holidays in Spain?

Planning our summer holiday with DH and 10 and 15 year old DCs. We know we want to go somewhere Spanish speaking for language practise. Quite fancy doing a week's family activity holiday followed by week on a beach. Anyone any ideas about a PGL type holiday in Spain for the first week? PGL only do UK and France, but would like something similar. Don't mind if it includes watersports, but not exclusively. thanks.

I'm not sure I'll be able to help but seeing as no one else has replied... I'm from Northern Spain and they do a lot of adventure activities over there, but I don't know any company who organises it as part of a holiday - it'd be a question of you booking your own accommodation and then booking the activities separately like canoeing, horse riding, wind surfing, mountain bike trails, quad bikes, canyoning, etc. which are all normally done by the same company.
