It's a long way off but we've had a tough year and I'm planning on booking a holiday for a year's time to really recharge.
The challenge is we have a 2 year old, so they will be 3, and we may also have a baby if our TTC works out. So difficult to relax fully of course, but we are hoping to find a great holiday place that is set up for parents with toddlers and babies.
I'm looking for a place in the south of France, or perhaps elsewhere, which is set up for young families. In particular we would be looking for:
- outdoors / countryside setting, plenty of grass and space to run, nature walk, picnic etc
- child friendly, toddler baby safe pool etc
- option for babysitting when eating on site
- option for toddler activities for a couple of hours a few mornings
- private villas within the set up
- options for food and self catering
- excellent WiFi (as I will be required to login and work a bit)
I've seen a few things recommended on here over the years but was never in a position to book and now I can't find the threads.
Can anyone recommend anything?
