EasyJet holidays - no flight schedule

I've seen the holiday I want to book for next May half term on the Easyjet website and its a good price. However, when I go to book it there is no info on the flight times, or even which airport (I selected Gatwick and Luton for the search).

They haven't actually released flights that are bookable outside of a package holiday for May half term yet so I'm wondering if this is why?

If flights aren't released yet then yes, that's why no details are showing.

They are usually released early September for next summer. I always book on the app the moment they’re released to get a good deal.

But I could still book the holiday, so does this mean they would assign me to whichever flight they like? There is one very early and one very late flight on most days, and only one other at a reasonable time of day.
