Last year we took car seats and pushchair. You still can, but have to pay for each item. We were allowed to take the pushchair to the gate.

I took milk in a baby bottle and was asked to taste it at security.

We took the pushchair to the door of the plane, and they put it in the hold. We saw it next on the carousel with the rest of our luggage.

The car seats were put into 'special luggage' at the departing airport when we checked in. Why would you want the car seat on the plane?
