Anyone been here? Thinking of going October half term. Thanks in advance!

Dalyan is beautiful. It should be warm enough to go swimming in the day.

We did a few years ago, if was less resorty than some holiday places which we liked. It was actually pretty hot but we went for Scottish half term which is right near the beginning of October.

Dalyan is lovely, one of my favourite places in Turkey. It is on the river and you can get a water taxi to the beach. Lovely restaurants and relaxed vibe.

I went about 16 years ago and so so pretty. Avoid July and august due to heat. Even in June it hit 40 once.

We have been in October half term. Loved it, relaxed vibe but plenty to do. All the hotel pools (outside) will be cold but the sea is warm and the beach (and boat ride to it) is lovely. Mainly small, family run hotels which we liked.
