TUI & Cybex Eezy Twist

Hi there,

Has anyone flown with TUI recently? And if so was you able to take your stroller into the cabin rather than it going into the hold? I’m aware we can take the stroller to the gate but the Cybex was sold to us as being cabin approved. I really want to avoid putting it into the hold and getting damaged!

What size is it folded? Do you have a link to it?

Just get a travel bag and put it in the hold. Travelled over 30 times with children and never had a pram get damaged.

@dementedpixie here’s a picture of the stroller and dimensions.

Obviously if we have to put it into the hold that’s what we’ll do. I’ve just seen a lot of Mums complain about damaged strollers, delays with the stroller getting off the plane or getting lost etc. I did look at getting the travel bag but it’s £50 or so. Might see if there’s an equivalent bag on Amazon or something! @Louise0701 does the travel bag count as 1 piece of hand luggage?

No, you just take it through the gate with you and then they take it off you before you board. You can still take your hand luggage as normal. I’ve honestly never had a problem using one.

If you can’t fold it to anything under 55x40x20 (or thereabouts, could be 56x45x25) then it won’t go in the cabin. Those are the standard dimensions for hand luggage.

What you’ve posted shows it at 68x47x20 when folded.
