Has anyone booked Eurostar tickets through lastminute.com?

I've booked a hotel + Eurostar package through lastminute.com. I'm trying to access my tickets to print at home, but what I thought was my booking number (the PNR) doesn't work on the Eurostar website.

Does anyone know how to access the tickets?

I appreciate that I can contact lastminute.com or Eurostar, but often Mumsnet is quicker...

Hey, thinking of booking the eurostar tickets through the website as they are sold out everywhere else, was just wondering if you ended up getting on the train? Is the website reliable?

Last Minute emailed me the tickets within 24hrs of me contacting them iirc. Eurostar customer services were utterly useless and got back to me 2 weeks after I'd returned from the trip!

Hi, do you still have their customer service number? I cannot find it anywhere. I am in a similar situation. I booked a Eurostar ticket with them and it is not yet confirmed. The trip is next week. Thanks.
