Reputable companies for renting Villas (Mediterranean)

If I google ‘holiday villa Spain’ thousands of websites come up.
Ive no idea which ones are reputable.

had a terrible experiment with Booking.com recently where they cancelled on the morning (it was UK bit Jubilee weekend). They offered alternative accommodating in Belgium 😂

Where domyou want to go, travel agents have companies that specialise.

James Villas are excellent but very pricey. I’ve been to Portugal and Cyprus using them and the villas were amazing each time.

We use Simply Owners and stay in a beautiful villa in Obidos Portugal, you book direct with the owners.

My mum does holiday lets with Novasol (so looking at this from the other side of things), they've been really good (rightly so as they take a huge margin). She's had lots of guests coming back, so I assume it's good on that side of things too.
