Trying to book early for next year's summer holiday, and being quoted over £800 for Portsmouth to St Malo.Any tips on getting a discount- do these run at certain times of year?? It seems v expensive

Are you booking accommodation in Brittany as well? Many owners have a 20% discount code they'll share. It's one of their longest routes and sells out quickly for weekend overnight crossings. What time and days are you travelling? Can you use another port? Caen or Cherbourg ?

Thanks, we are booking a cottage, I will ask if they have a discount code.Ideally want St Malo, as we have a long journey to Portsmouth, so want to avoid another long drive in France.
