Recommendations for family holiday with toddlers and teens

Looking to do a family holiday next year July/August 2023, 2 families - kids aged 17, 14, 7 and 2.
So maybe somewhere that includes paddling in a pool or beach but also activities like water sports or places to visit.
Flight time probably max 4 hours from UK.

You can look I tui. They do splash worlds which have loads of pools and slides rbey are great for kids 9+ but even the 7 year old could go with the older kids. Holidays with 2 year olds are difficult but most places do have a toddler pool which is full of little slides and cool things. Turkey has some good places and also Egypt. However there is also good places in Spain

Just jumping on this thread here as noticed @PinkBump2022 you say about good places in Spain - any actual name suggestions?

@summerlovinvibes we stayed at Estival Park in Salou when mine were teeny. Loads of kids activities and a walk from the beach. Buses to local towns.
(You'd have to check it's still good, as this was some years ago!)
