False Marketting on Package Holiday

Hi, I recently boght a package holiday with lastminute.com and they did advertised saying that the hotel has a hot swimming pool with 4 start hotel , but when we actually went there to the hotel the hotel staff told us that this hotel swimming pool is undercontructions , so basically this is a false marketing and we had to stay in this hotel for 7 days without a swimming pool,

when I complain this to lastminute.com they havent done anything, so I need to know what are my right to claim on false marketing done by lastminute.com

we already have a ATOL certificate and if you look at the attached image it clearly mentioned that hotel will provide us heated swimming pool.
