Passenger Locator Form - Travel to Tenerife

I know it has been done over and over but DS and new girlfriend are travelling to Tenerife. She is a worrier like me so should fit in well with the family.

They are both fully vaccinated so only need the NHS Covid App QR code and not the SPHT form (please tell me that I am correct on that).

The question that is worrying her is whether the Passenger Locator Form is the same as the SPHT form? If it is different do they need to fill it in.

They are both looking at me to say yes or no and the weight of responsibility is on my shoulders to get it right is heavy ConfusedSmile

Sorry it is a boring one, but if they are turned away at the airport it will be awful.

Ahh just found the other thread.
Why do they call it the Passenger Locater Form and/or the spTH form. The more I overthink the worse it gets.

They’re one and the same. If they’re fully vaccinated (last dose within 270 days) that’s all they need - no forms.

There was a UK form called Passenger Locator Form but that was dropped many months ago.

They’ll be fine OP, and from experience, they wouldn’t be turned away at the airport anyway. They’d be given paper forms to complete or asked to do it on the app right there. I’m sure they’ll have a great trip.

Thank you for replying. Trying to be the grown up and know what to do.
I will put her mind at rest and show her your reply. Now let's hope they still like each other when they have spent two weeks together Smile
