Looking for ideas for a holiday abroad with 25yr old daughter next year 5-7 days significant birthday so want something special

Wild safari in Kenya with intrepid - it was amazing! Memories to last a lifetime!

New York is the obvious place. Or Boston.
Or if you want to stay close to home, maybe Paris or Barcelona.
5-7 days is quite a long time to spend in a smaller city though so perhaps think of somewhere where you could get a bit of beach too, or venture outside eg 3 days in Athens and 4 days on a Greek island,

I agree with New York. 5 days is just the right amount of time and the weather is perfect in May.
