City break in Feb

Probably not the best time of year for a city break, but does anyone have recommendations for a city break in February?
Only able to spare 2-3 nights so not too long a flight, just me & DH (no kids), just somewhere new we can wander round and eat/drink!
Not Spain or France, not Berlin, Reykjavik or Rome.

Belfast or Edinburgh

We did Porto in February and it was lovely - just warm enough and perfect for 2-3 nights.

Budapest

We went to Venice in February cold but glorious sunshine and blue skies. Busy but not high summer unbearably busy. We loved it. I can’t do city breaks in hot weather any more.

Amsterdam? Bruges or Ghent? All wonderful cities, though admittedly will probably be pretty chilly in February.

I went to Edinburgh last February, didn't need to book any attractions, Travelodge for £25 a night and nowhere was crowded at all.
I'm thinking I'll probably do it again next year since I loved it so much and there were a few things I didn't have time for.

I’ve always wanted to go to Venice in winter. I’ve watched ‘Don’t Look Back’ far too many times!

Prague.

I second Bruges or Ghent (easy to stay in one and visit the other for the day).

Musts include Sanseveria bakery for brunch in Bruges and ‘BookznBooze’ Ghent.

Madeira, the capital is Funchal.

Me too! We got lost one night coming back from dinner along dark, twisty turny, empty streets…full Don’t Look Now vibes!

Definitely Prague, I went in February and it was magical.
