Travel Insurance for Over 75s

Any recommendations please for travel insurance for over 75s with medical conditions. Either single trip or annual policy.

Not necessarily the cheapest, but a company that is easy to deal with should the need arise.

I would look at Go Compare snd see what’s available. I’ve not used these companies but loads of people on cruises do. You can rarely insure for pre existing conditions that might curtail a holiday though.
